ID Code and LED Color Correspondence

Setup Instructions

  1. ID Setting:

    • Press the momentary switch above the LED indicator to indicate ID setting.
    • Press again to choose the desired ID color, advancing the ID code with each press.

  2. Working Conditions:

    • LED Constantly Lit: No DMX or wireless signal detected.
    • Red LED Flashing: Transmitting.
    • Green LED Flashing: Receiving.

  3. RF Frequency: Operates between 2.400 – 2.525G with a total of 126 channels, automatically searching.

  4. ID Code Setup:

    • Use the ‘KEY’ button to set the same ID code on both the transmitter and receiver (must match color LED).
    • For multiple wireless universals, use different ID codes.

Establishing Communication

  1. Start with the DMX512 wireless receiver, followed by the transmitter.
  2. Use the “Key” button to set the same ID value on both the transmitter and receiver.
  3. The red LED will flash during transmission, while the receiver will switch to the communicated frequency section; the green LED will flash until the same ID value is received. Faster DMX data will cause the LED to flash more quickly.
  4. Once communication is established correctly, both devices will sync.
